Multiple Use:
We provide three different types of Urushi Lacquers that enable you to experience traditional maki-e methods. However, since they are natural and genuine lacquers, you may have a risk to develop ichiness if they come into contact with your skin. If this happens, thoroughly wipe the affected area with turpentine oil or vegetable oil. Please wear gloves whenever you use Urushi lacquer.

Please make sure to read the instructions and watch the instructional video before you start.

There is no problem in using maki-e glass, pottery, and lacquerware for food and drinks since urushi is a natural material.

Please do not use a dishwasher or microwave for maki-e glass, pottery, and lacquerware.
