Kintsugi Therapy
Enhancing Therapeutic Skills
What is the purpose of this session:
Kintsugi philosophy is well-known for accepting scars and embracing the beauty in imperfection. However, not everyone knows how to apply this wisdom in practical ways. Without experience, it is almost impossible to convey these practices to others effectively. This new lesson is designed specifically for therapists and professionals who want to use Kintsugi for mindfulness and therapeutic activities.
What You’ll Learn:
This lesson focuses on activities that help participants gain the full benefits of mindfulness. By engaging in the authentic Kintsugi process—cleaning, polishing, and creating beautiful golden lines—you’ll learn to embrace the Kintsugi philosophy both physically and mentally. Experience the transformative power of Kintsugi and find new ways to support your clients through their difficult times.

What is the difference from regular Kintsugi lessons?
Not everyone is skilled at handcrafts, especially those who wish to participate in Kintsugi for mindfulness activities. By providing pre-made Kintsugi pottery and removing the technical aspects, participants can focus more on the mindfulness activities and help empty their minds. Additionally, pre-made Kintsugi pottery ensures a certain level of finished product, embodying the beauty in imperfection. These activities are simplified from regular Kintsugi lessons, allowing participants to practice more like a Zen exercise.
